Abstract

Time taken in complete browning of Pistacia vera calli depended on concentration and combinations of plant growth regulators present in induction media. Calli induced in medium supplemented with NAA (2/5 mg/1) alone or NAA (5 mg/1) + Kn (2.5 mg/1) remained white-green for 10-13 weeks.
